Ben took me to Milton. His car was breaking down and we could not stop laughing. We really needed to get to Milton on time and we did but his car was struggling. We were hoping we wouldn’t be “that” car that’s broken down in the middle of the intersection with our hazard lights on being a complete inconvenience to absolutely everyone. But we made it through! We had to pull over on some random street because “Thunder Thief” was on her last legs. Sd he turned the car off, it broke down as well so it was perfect timing.

We hung out, went to Pilgrims and I had my first ever beverage that had coffee in it!! I hate coffee but I ordered a mocha and it wasn’t as horrid as I thought. We met up with his Mum, Charlotte and his Mums friend. Charlotte who is 4 was drawing pictures of us in crayon, it was honestly the cutest thing. Then on the way home, ben put on the Arctic Monkeys CD and Charlotte, Ben and I were singing along together. I was squished in the back in between 2 baby seats, but it was so great. I was so so happy that Charlotte knew the lyrics to “R U Mine” and “Brick by Brick” it was such a moment! Then Charlotte and I were singing “1, 2, 3, 4, 5, Once I caught a fish alive, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, then I let it go again. Why did you let it go? Because it bit my finger so! Which finger did it bite? This little finger on my right!” And of course, I actually find it hard to quickly say my lefts and rights, so Charlotte managed to show me the right finger but I didn’t :/

It was such a cute day though, I love his family. Saskia pulled me aside and asked me what was going on between Ben and I and it is nothing, we are just extremely comfortable around each other and smile a lot and make each other really happy and help each other and spend a lot of time together and look at each other and laugh anddddd stuuuufffff, and she sounded really disappointed when I said nothing was going on. All I could say was that I WISH something was going on, but I’m going away and he doesn’t want anything, so I am willing to do whatever makes him happy. She is such a cutie. I have always loved her, she is definitely another Mum that I class as my Second Mum. She is beautiful.

I leave for Thredbo tomorrow and I actually don’t know what I’ll do without Ben and Hayley being so close to me. I think I will struggle a lot, but I’ll be ok. I’m used to the distance between Bekky and I, we’ve conquered that hurdle. Eeeeeep!! I am so many emotions right now!!

One thing I’ve noticed is that I don’t actually have a friend who is into the same music as me. I literally don’t know anyone that I can just sit and chill out to Xavier Rudd, The Beautiful Girls, Trevor Hall or anything. Everyone I know just gets bored and doesn’t get into it and understand the messages behind the songs or anything.

It’s so sad.
